Persy the Dog needs a home
Persy is a gorgeous and petie girl, who is fully grown but still looks like a puppy! She is a 3 year old Lab mix who weighs 40 pounds. Persy is little hyper and a little feisty, but overall such a sweetie. Her favorite pastime is attempting to get the grumpy cat in her foster home to play! Persy will need a family that is prepared to help her with her basic training and confidence building. Percy was in 6 feet of water, paddling down a flooded street during Hurricane Harvey when she was found. She waited for 3 long months for her family to find her before making the journey to Utah for a second chance. She should only live with older children at this time, as she does not appreciate being startled in any way. She does well with other dogs, but will need proper introduction and time to be comfortable with them. Persy is an active girl who would love an adventure buddy! She will need a home with a fenced yard where she can run and play. She is crate and house trained and walks well on leash. Persy is a great girl who just needs a little structure and training to thrive! She will be an amazing companion for years to come.
